Hello, Could you Please introduce yourself?
My name is Sam Colins, I am President and CEO of Solidinvestment group.
What is your position in the program?
I am the founder and active chief executive officer of SolidInvestment.com
Could you please provide the names of all individuals involved in running this program?
It’s me Sam, our support Service Representative Rafael Sosa, Pablo Padroza and a group of technical admins who are taking care of our server.
Could you please provide us information and background on yourself and your current staff?
I have been in this business for over 20 years now. I have a degree in finance, and initially I worked in an investment bank. Presently, I have a share in an investment bank that is engaged in trading on the global scale. I founded SolidInvestment in 1998 together with a group of my associates and at first we only provided our investment services to a small group of investors whom we all knew in person.
Later as we realized that this undertaking was pretty successful, we took it even more seriously. So we opened a program that could allow low and medium worth investors to
participate in it. For a pretty long while we did not do any advertising of it. New investors were mostly referred by the existing ones or came from closed groups like yours.
In year 2004 we made our offer available to the general public. Any person could join us. Our only requirement was non-disclosure of our full contact info, and we did not
require any personal info from our customers as well. We are working like this since then.
Most of the communication between you and us will is handled via Rafael, he is the head of our customer service department. You can contact him at any time 24/7. He has been
with us for 5 years now, he joined us a an investor at first. We do not strive towards attracting the largest possible number of new investors. The investors who are with us
now, refer their friends and relatives. This is how we increase our clientele. We are always glad to serve people of all ages and walks of life. We treat every investor
individually.
PROGRAM INFO
When did you launch your program?
As I have already mentioned, we started working in 1998, went online in 2004.
Prior to launching online, were you available offline?
Yes, we were. We were only available to a limited number of closed investment group of investors.
What made you choose to open an Online Investment Program?
Investment is common these days. Previously it was only available to professionals or simply well-off individuals, now it is available to anyone.
We are trying to make investing easier by acting as an intermediary betwen you and and investment opportunities that require really huge amounts. We are really experienced in that. We really make your money work for you. We are trying to make your financial future more secure by offering safe investment opportunities.
What do you think sets your program apart from all the other \”opportunities\” out there?
Really a lot. We do not lie, we do not run off with your funds. At the moment we are one of the oldest programs online and all our customers are satisfied with our service. We
have more than 24,000 at the moment.
Why do you feel the need to have a referral incentive program (If You Offer One ) ?
This is simple. We are interested in new customers, so we need to create such conditions under which our customers will be interested in attracting their friends and relatives.
Most of the online companies have referral bonuses, take e-gold or paypal for example. We are interested in attracting more customers as we want to increase our working capital
so as to get involved in new investment projects. That is why referral bonuses are really useful.
What is your method or system you use to generate returns for your investors?
Our main investment sectors are PPP, bank debentures and MTNs. This way we are making huge returns. We also diversify our assets by investing in real estate and quickly growing young companies and projects. We do this through our partners.
If you are using any type of trading, do you trade yourself or do you employ traders?
All trading operations are carried out through the bank I am one of the owners of. Highly qualified traders perform daily operations.
If you are using any type of trading, what type of experience do you and or your traders have?
My personal experience is over 20 years. Every of our traders have at least 10 years of experience.
Upon request, will you provide us with proof of real work to the public? (Forex Statements, Trading Records)?
We will not provide such documents as they are confidential. Our company is involved in contracts that do not allow us to reveal such info. We reserve the right to reveal such info only to high net worth individuals whose funds are invested individually.
If you are involved in several business/financial activities, how is your portfolio structured?
Bank debentures trading, PPP and MTN are our top priorities. Other spheres of our interest are taken care of by our partners.
Do you piggyback off of other online programs?
No, we do not.
PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT HISTORY
What steps and precautions have you taken to secure members funds?
All the funds invested with us are properly diversified which reduces the risks of losing funds.
Have you ever had late payments?
Payments may very rarely be delayed by 24 hours, but this may happen only due to unexpected circumstances. This has never happened so far.
Longevity of any program is what ALL members want. What have you done to preserve this?
When we started offering our service to the general public, we had a properly designed business plan that will allow us to operate successfully for at least 10 years. Our wise
investment strategies are being updated and improved all the time. It will make it possible for us to offer our services for at least 10 years.
Have you established a solid reserve fund?
Please do not worry. We are at all times capable of returning all the funds to investors. We have a special backup fund that comprises 20% of all our assets.
Do you allow members to invest as many times as they want in a 24 hour period?
Yes, you can invest any time any amount and however often you like. The funds will be added to our huge working capital.
How many active member/investors do you have?
We currently have over 10,000 active members, 500 of which are large scale investors, companies and investment funds.
FUTURE PLANNING
Are you planning to close your program for new investors at any time? Or planning to go private?
We have just opened our program, so we are ready and waiting for new investors and their funds. In case we decide to go private, we will let everyone know beforehand.
What are your plans for the future?
We have a lot of good news coming soon. We plan to introduce our website versions in other languages.
How long do you anticipate you will stay online with your current \”Normal Plan\”?
We plan to stay online till at least 2014, which is 10 years since we went online.
Are Members allowed to cancel their investment and receive their principle back?
The principal cannot be withdrawn during the 7 months from the date of the first deposit.

We own a few highly secured dedicated servers.

Do you provide your members with regular updates as to what is going on within the program?
Yes, we keep our members updated all the time.

Today the forum of solid investment is not working….why…..I can not log into the forum any problems….pl reply….I hope every thing is ok.
Today, I tried to log into solid investment forum since 3 am today April 15th, 2006. The message I receive is “Account Suspended” What happened? What brought the forum down? Please reply

I Tried to log into Solidinvestment and SI forum and nothing is happening. Can they not send out a email saying that there is a problem or is this a false company after all. This does not make any sense . Very frustrating. Anybody know whats up?

Unfortunately, I believe we have been scammed by SI. All of it is BS.
The SI site has been down since the 8th. The Ecurrency forum went down yesterday (even the back door entrance of 72.20.4.90). There is talk on forums of the sites being upgraded for security, the sites not ever coming back, that the e-gold and bank accounts have been frozen, that there is an attorney filing a class action suit, that the sites will come back up and that payments will be made… there is no REAL or CONFIRMED notification from SI or any of its players. It is a wait and see game for now. Too many posts on too many forums that cannot verify their posts. Just have to wait…… until then…… SS1SS
