Interview with Janis Vingris, founder of Baltic Dividents

Hello sir/madam, at the outset kindly introduce yourself
My name is Janis Vingris and i am one of the founders of Baltic Dividends
Inc. I am the senior manager of Internet Investment Management Office
(IIMO) in
Latvia.

When did you start your investment career?
I am more than 9 years in investment area, and i know that money are very
inportant in our life. So we help our members to have a better life.

What prompted you to pursue this field? Is this your hobby or your job?
My last answer was associated with this question. We know how to make money
su we can help others to earn also. It is not a hobby, it is our job.

What motivates you to move on and sustain your investment career?
Motives are simple: Our members help us to earn money. We reinvest those
money and make huge profit, so without our members we are nothing. Motive is
money.

Do you think that the element of passion is important in this field?
I dont think that passion is the main word here. Here we have two main
elements: TRUST and HONESTY. This is our main slogan. It is very important
thing in Investment area.

Speaking about your program/s, kindly tell something about your program/s?
There are much info on our website. We are registered and licenced. You can
see scanned licences on the web. Our office is also real and located in Riga,
Latvia. We offer investment plans which bring profit for us and for our
members.

How does/do your program/s differ from similar programs around?
We are not similar to any other program. I think our payments rates are one
of the most comfortable on the internet. That’s why people already invested
$1.5 Million in our company. We are real, that is the difference from all
programs.

How did you start and climb your way up?
We started in 2004 December 8th. We had a small amount of members
and now we
are very populat. Good testimonials, reliability, honesty, promptness,
referrals are the main reasons why we are climing up.

Can people lose their money investing with your program/s?
Well we are operating for a very long time but still no one lost his money.
We have a reserve of money and we will refund if something goes wrong. We
already refunded many members after huge ddos attack, but EVERYONE reinvested
back, because they trust us.

How do you handle adversities in so far as your program/s is/are
concerned?
We remove all the adversities. We have a very professional team in
our IIMO and they can handle any kind of problem.

What has been the biggest challenge you have faced so far in
relation to your investment career?
We had a downtime of one week in 2005 February, it was because of problem
with Bank and also same time ddos attack. Bank account was cleared and we
operate now same as before.

Do you maintain a close personal relationship with your member clients?
Yes members are welcome to call us or write an email. We always try
to give detailed and fast response. Also we welcome senior members since 2004 in our
office. We already had more than 10 visits in our IIMO.

How do you treat competing programs around?
We do not competite with any of the companies. We simply offer attractive
return and members choose us instead of another company.

What is short term plan for your program/s? How about your long term plan?
Now our all plans are for 100 days. Such plans are most optimal for our
company.

What is your favorite program/s around similar to yours?
As i mentioned we do not competite with any company, so we do not browse
other companies. There is no favourite company.

What pieces of advice can you offer to novice investors?
We offer full support to new investors. They are welcome to start
with small deposits and get trust with us.

In the investment field you are in, do you think there is something
rewarding to look forward to?
We simply work and bring profit to both parts: members and Baltic
Dividends Inc company. IIMO have many thoughts and updates coming soon. We please visit
us daily to see news.

Do you think there is a need to institute more legal measures to
address possible widespread of irregularities in your investment
field?
I think that every company should be located somewhere and show their
contacts details. Such measures should be added to every investment website.

What breakthrough would you like to witness?
We would like to be the biggest company online today.

What is your message to aspiring administrator or program owner like you?
Well be honest and speak with your members as much as you like to get
trusted.

How do you see yourself 10 years from now?
Well i will be in Investment are until my senility, this is my job.
