Vascoinvestment not going private

Vascoinvestment is taking a different route after experiencing heavy DDOS and spam attacks. As of this time it is not leaning towards going private and securing its site exclusively for its investing members just like what Privateopps did. The latter experienced similar problems which ultimately led to its decision to go private.
Vascoinvestment, on the other hand, is moving on as a public HYIP. Thus, new members can still freely join the program. In response to the above concerns, Vascoinvestment has registered new domain names to access this HYIP namely www.vascofinance.com and https://secure.vascofinance.com.
It remains to be seen if this is indeed a viable option by Vascoinvestment.
