We are now calclating Your 4th batch of dividends
(final monthly) for this current month.

2. Withdrawals

We are currently paying ALL the old and new withdrawal
requests following to our criteria below as per our FAQs:

$20-$300 WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS
$300-$1,000 WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS
$1,000-$5,000 WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS
$5,000-$10,000 WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED WITHIN 60 DAYS
$10,000-$50,000 WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED WITHIN 90 DAYS
$50,000 + WITHDRAWAL PROCESSED WITHIN 120 DAYS

3. PSC is now close to new purchases for 3 days

As explained, we will close accounts to new purchases
and sells every end of the month. This is to calculate earnings
and final monthly dividends.

We are close to Investment Unit purchases from now
to the 3rd of March 2006 (6 P.M. EST time).

We have just added to Your account the 3rd partial dividend
for this current month.

3. Stormpay and Intgold

As You may know we have our Stormpay account in a “suspended” status
while we have limited access to our IntGold account.

This should be because of their Terms change or full application.

Unfortunately we can’t let you exchange Your Stormpay/Intgold anymore.
I know that this decision will make unhappy many of You but we have not
a better solution while our Stormpay and Intgold account are frozen.

The exchanger has been now closed for those 2 e-currency as any exchange will
drain out too much money from our other e-currency accounts.

Every StormPay and Intgold withdraw request will be left pending until we
will gain full access to our accounts again.

Don’t ask ourself why we did use these processors knowing that we would have
infringed their rule because we could ask you the same question.

We definitely want to resolve this problem but until we will have access to these
e-currency or until we will take any other drastic decision (like using the reserve funds -
which we wouldn’t like) You will have to share the problem with us.

As we already told You..
These are extraordinary times requiring extraordinary measures.
