Do you still recall Online Capital? This is the same HYIP which offered free $20 investment capital to its first 4000 members?
Earlier after satisfying some members, it surprisingly increased its minimum withdrawal level to $30 from around $2 . Online Capital claimed that it was not a mutual relationship since these beneficiaries just took advantage of the earlier low withdrawal level and never made any effort to upgrade their account.
