Balticdividends runs out of steam

Balticdividends notified its members that it will be offline indefinitely. As reported, this HYIP is under investigation by the Latvian government because of scam complaints. Its funds are on hold so payout release is not possible at this time.
Since last month when Balticdividends claimed to have been under DDOS attacks, this HYIP has never recovered despite its pronouncements that it has instituted measures in response to DDOS attacks. One bad sign which could have spelled its doom is its high 5% ROI offered in haste.
Although the administrator is optimist on the re opening of this HYIP, members have conceded that this program has finally come to an end. The recent action by the administrator is perceived as an exit strategy.
