Bob from Tri-Star makes a shocking statement

Bob shocked everyone at once with his decision:

“Dear Tri-Star members-
Today, as mentioned earlier, we will take our organization private.
I would also like to take this time to announce an addition to the Tri-Star family. There has been a lot of misinformation floating around out there, so I have decided to take action to avoid this in the future.
Effective immediately, Todd Heaps will be the Tri-Star Media Public Relations Officer. All information will flow through him and his SurfSiteMonitor portal. Information through any other source is not sanctioned by Tri-Star Media. I trust Todd and the staff at SSM implicitly. They have proven their worth in both actions and words, and I consider Todd to be a true friend.
This change means that the following rules will apply for membership in 15HitsDaily, TreoSurf, and 24SurfPro:
1-No monitors may have Tri-Star programs listed on their monitor sites.
2-Members may not advertise referral links in any way, including in their forum signatures or in the blogs.
3-The only way to join will be through a referral link from someone who is already a member.
4-Forums will still be allowed to discuss the programs, but no links may be advertised. If you want a link to join, you can PM the person you would like to join under or PM one of the staff at SSM.
5-Violation of any of these rules will result in one warning. The second violation will result in the suspension of your account.

” Dear MyRandomDownline members,

Jason and I have decided to take a proactive stance against known scams
and serial scammers out there whose intention is to separate you from
your money. This said, we have decided that once something is revealed
to be a scam or come from a serial scammer, it will be deleted from the
database. I know some will not like this as it appears that we are
favoring one program over another. However, the truth is that we are
more concerned for the membership base and feel that by taking a
proactive stance, will be saving folks money in the long run.

Also, if we get word that any new site is/was linked to any other scam,
we will send out an immediate update with a warning. In addition to
this, any site that goes to “problem” or “not paying” on our monitor
site will have their banners suspended until the problems are
rectified. In other words, we will depend on you, the member of MRD,
to decide for us when it is time to take such action as well as our own
tracking/duediligence skills to make sure that a site from a serial
scammer never makes it into the database. Once again, we have
absolutely nothing to gain by pulling ads as we don’t collude with the
sites we list. Our loyalty lies with the members and we wish to
protect them any way we can.

There is currently one site that has been eliminated from the database
at this time because of this.

The first site is the re-launch of 24-dailypro. This site is run by
William Marshall Carter and he has run 6 other sites. Incidentally,
the reason why he is even around is because a fairly well known monitor
site harbors him, thus insulating his programs from attack. In fact,
not only do they insulate him, they also hide the other sites that he
is running as well.

24DailyPro to reopen?

The news circulating around is that the autosurf 24DailyPro is due to stage a comeback. Its earlier downfall was reportedly due to the site’s security lapses causing false upgrades and database tampering by hackers.

The news also mentioned about possible refunds to 24DailyPro members. However, the timeframe of the refund process is indefinite. 24Dailypro is reportedly verifying all the accounts and will soon post the refund report.

If 24DailyPro can make the necessary refunds prior to its re launching then that is a commendable act which can put the program on the right track. Otherwise, 24DailyPro will not be able to take away the thought from members that they will be later refunded out of their own funds.
