SEC files charges against 12Dailypro
February 28, 2006
The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed securities fraud charges against the operators of 12DailyPro. SEC claimed that 12DailyPro is an autosurf program operating a”ponzi” scheme which duped more than 300,000 investors and amassed a total of $50M Funds
As a result of these charges the defendants, Charis Johnson and her companies, 12daily Pro and LifeClicks, LLC, ceased their operation and agreed to comply with the freezing of all their assets and the appointment of a receiver tasked to take control of the companies’ operations.
Note however that this is just the filing of charges. It could be advantageous to 12DailyPro as it is given an avenue to refute all the charges and clear its name.
The battle has just begun.
