NETIBA certification used to be as low as $9.95 . Now you need twice that rate to acquire your certification which is good for one year. So why is NETIBA certfication a hot commodity in HYIP?

Internet Identity Bureau (NetIBA) is an identification database service provider. It collects and verifies voluntary information on internet merchants and individuals . Upon verification, depending on the application type, NETIBA certifies email addresses, auction names and domain names. This set of information is made available to various groups public and private affiliated with NETIBA.

If an HYIP site is NETIBA certified it means that domain name has been duly verified by NETIBA thru its verification system . This is similar to the case of email certication and auction name certification.

However, NETIBA ceritification is not a guarantee that the NETIBA certified individual is not a scammer. In the first place the NETIBA verification process is not exhaustive enough to capture scam related data and information.
