Andy’s child XLO is of 11th months old now, surely a reason for celebration

“Tomorrow the 15th sees the 11th month of operation of XLO (and the 3rd month of TFT)

From a fledgling quirky autosurf that slipped quietly onto the scene in December 2005, I don’t think we’ve done too badly for ourselves, and for our members.

If you’ve been around us a while - you’ve heard it all before - the site is badly designed, we’re hosted in Malaysia of all places, and 2% a day is not a good enough returm. OH and we only take e-gold and thats just terrible .

Throughout the months there’s been ups and downs and building and plateaus. Arguments and laughing, learning and developing.

All of this in an arena where backstabbing is the norm, scamming is common, and the movers and shakers step on the little guy in their scrabble for the almighty dollar.

So we’ve dodged the stampedes and steadily gone about our business. There are people now who have been with us since day one - some with maxed out accounts others who are quite content at their level. And there are people new to the program who are still astounded that instant does not mean 2 minutes or 5 minutes - it means INSTANT

Some people withdraw every day - some every week some wait the full 75 days. In every case we’re here to make it happen.

It’s been said that we have changed the AS arena - I don’t think thats true - there is still plenty of good ole fun stuff out there that will tweak your wallet and leave you gasping as they vanish into the ether. There are plenty of promises and there is always a next big thing.

It’s almost funny that we are still considered to have growing pains (moving servers etc) other programs seem to come preloaded with 5000 members, a cheerleading squad and plenty of cheaters and auditors that can be produced to justify whatever course of inaction is warranted by the admin. But we just roll along and keep to the roads less travelled.

That road is the one where customer service is paramount. Where a delay of as few hours in getting back to someone is not acceptable (even though it does happen I DO try to avoid it). The road we navigate is where we ensure that the payouts (this is YOUR money) are made when you want them to be. We have glitches and glutches and the occassional gletch - but the payouts keep going. We’ve rewritten scripts on a live site so that payout processing would not be affected. (only lunatics do that sort of thing.. ya DON’T muck with the site in production!!)

There is no great secret to this - it has taken planning and work. When the doors opened last year we had the vision - but vision is but a picture until you color it in. With the support of members we have added the vibrancy to the colors and the tones to the sounds..

Someone once said “you may as well shoot for the moon - if you miss you could catch a star..”

Another favourite is “We are all of us in the gutter - but some of us are looking at the stars”

11 months on it has been our priviledge to be part of the moon that you shoot for and the stars that you might catch.

And we’ll be here in another month for the 1st anniversary - and we’ll still be working on making each day better than the one before.

First XLO and The Finer Things and today is another anniversary but its wicked hits - celebrating 7 months.

Club-FX Trader is back and another message from Peter B.

“Well, I never expected things to be back to normal so soon. Firstly thank you for the many helpful suggestions on a solution to the trading limits… which I’m happy to say are no more…
One of the suggestions came from a mamber called Gary who introduced me to another broker who accepts e-gold and has a platform that has the tools I need to continue trading as i have been. The new broker has a better reputation for security and reliability than the one I was with (not that they were bad) and having done some DD i decided to change brokers.
I have opened the new account and gone through the verification process, Withdrawn the funds from Marketiva and we are trading full swing at the new broker. A major advantage now is there are no limits on the amount I can trade so I don’t have to limit the amount of deposits.
I managed to withdraw and deposit to the new broker the same day and continued trading without skipping a beat…:-)
So the good news is that you can once again go ahead and deposit if you wish and feel free to compound as much as you like. Although I must admit I’m looking forward to someone saying that they have drawn enough profit to cover their investment and still have the investment intact… (I think you know what I mean).
I also found another setting in the script where I can set it to have only one deposit button, I think it’s much easier and less confusing than having two like we did, So I’ve set it that way.
I will be removing the daily plan tonight (my time) so I hope every one has moved to the monthly plan and are using the compound setting as you wanted to do.

“We reforced Script Security and now we have DDOS Protection and our Own Server. All SQL Data was backed up, but we had some problems with some data like accounts and also Transaction Codes (because hackers attacked directly to History and Account Data).

You will need to login and please update your profile, clicking “Edit Account” link. You can update your entire account data there. We are sure that you noticed about your username. Your username was replaced with your email address.

Maybe its not your complete email address (because if your email is a long address and is bigger that allowed characters, system will only accept maximum characters allowed). Its easy to remember, but if you want your old username, just contact us using “Contact / Support Link” in our Main Page and give us your actual username, and suggest the new username.”
